What We Stand For

In short, Neptune Sailing Club stands for affordable, member-owned sailing. Join us for day sails, instruction, and a capped membership for guaranteed boat access.

We’re a member-owned club, not a for-profit business.

That means you get a say in everything, from keeping our fleet in tip-top shape to setting dues (which, by the way, require a member vote before they budge!).

A limited member base is the secret to our success.

We limit our membership to 85 passionate members, which means you’ll almost always find a boat ready to whisk you away on the water, even on those prime summer weekends.

Are you new to sailing? Don’t worry about it!

We put a strong emphasis on training, and even include instruction for one family member in your membership.

Bonus! Our fleet of four boats is completely mortgage-free, which means more fun and less worry. We’ve got two sleek J-22s perfect for racing, complete with spinnakers, and two versatile Catalina 22s for relaxed sailing adventures.

Where We Sail

We sail out of Kirkland, Washington. Our sailing area is north of the 520 bridge and south of Champaign Point. This is the widest part of the lake and thus usually has the most consistent winds.
